I need to look into this resource. I have a 15 year old who says no college and a 12 year old who dreams about college. I need to look into opportunities for both of them.

Hi there, I haven’t read the book yet, but my oldest just graduated and my second starts college this fall. One thing I would encourage parents to do is begin discussing finances early! Middle school is a good time to do it — kids are old enough to understand the conversation and be involved in the financial planning. We matched their earnings as long as they maintained good grades and a good attitude. 🙂

I feel like it’s been so long for me and I don’t have a clue how to approach it with my kids. They still have several years yet, but I think about it. I do! The college selection and comparison idea overwhelms me. I need this.

This looks like an excellent resource for kids just getting out of high school. We had so many questions when my oldest finished high school that I wish we had of had answers for.

This is a GREAT resource, thank you. Our twins are going into the 8th grade next year, so we’ll have to start thinking about these things soon!
